As you remember, COVID-19 did change our schedule and so we decided to gather online for the very first time.
3 Days - 3 Focus Topics
We turned into an inspiring and helpful series of sessions for everyone split over three days.
Each of these days had a specific topic:
April 27th
We went on a journey to develop a true learning organization, combining Agile, Lean and Flow as a System.
April 28th
We shared our learnings how to develop scientific thinking and develop leaders as coaches.
April 29th
It was the day of the Dojo´s where we went into the practice to develop and scale world-class coaching skills in organisations.

Amanda Colliander
Volvo Car Corporation
Amanda has worked as a leader within IT deliveries for over 10 years, with a focus on agile deliveries. She has also coached other leaders on how to support and promote a Lean/Agile way of working. Today she works as a line manager for several teams at Volvo Cars using the SAFe framework.
Carl Starendal

Jeff is Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan. His articles and books have won 13 Shingo Prizes and is in the Association of Manufacturing Excellence Hall of Fame and the Shingo Academy.

Her agile journey started ten years ago with a special interest in team development and continuous improvement. Currently she is working as a line manager at Jeppesen Systems AB coaching, mentoring and supporting four agile teams in a scaled agile setup.

Marc-Olivier Legentil

Marc-Olivier is responsible for process improvement and coaching projects using Toyota Kata. He is a co-author of the Toyota Kata Memory Jogger and was finalist for the award for the best master’s thesis at HEC Montreal in 2017 for his thesis on Toyota Kata. Marc-Olivier Legentil has worked for companies such as L’Oréal, Electrolux, Accedian and Belron.
Mike Rother
Mike Rother is an engineer, researcher, and teacher who works to develop scientific thinking in individuals, teams, and organizations. He shares his findings widely and is in the Association for Manufacturing Excellence Hall of Fame.
Nigel Thurlow

Nigel is the creator of the award-winning Scrum the Toyota Way training course, and the co-creator of The Flow System.
He previously served as the first ever Chief of Agile at a global Toyota company, leading Lean and Agile practices at Toyota Connected.

She has worked on numerous lean projects in hospitals, universities and public and private services and has taught lean and improvement to numerous organisations and consultancies. Her improvement work specialises in helping to develop the knowledge and self-sufficiency of Continuous Improvement teams.

Sylvain is a full professor and Associate Director of the Healthcare Management Hub at HEC Montréal. His work covers supply chain management, process improvement, and Toyota Kata practices in various industry sectors.

Tilo is a leadership coach, researcher and co-founder of the Campus for Leaders at the University of Applied Science Ansbach. He was plant manager at Festool where he introduced Toyota Kata in 2007 being part of Mike Rother’s research. He has invented the Kata Coaching Dojo training format.
